बहिना

अबके बसन्त अनोखा आया

ख़ुशियों का अम्बार है लाया 

रोबिन लाया, रैन भी लाया

साथ में मेरी बहिना लाया

अद्धभुत एक नज़ारा लाया।

मेरी बहिना अन्तर द्रष्टा

उंगली की पारंगत स्रष्टा 

बुनकर लाई हार गले का

मोहित करता पहली द्रष्टा

सपने सा संसार सजाया।

मेरी  बहिना  अनुकरणीय 

वाणी उसकी अति कमनीय 

म्रदुल भाषिणी, हँसमुख है

है वो अति ही अतुलनीय

मालिक ने क्या ख़ूब मिलाया!

Where there is love, how can hate survive

Where there is truth, how can fear survive

If there is no fear, how can violence erupt

One who walks this path, is sure to arrive!

Loud mouths , unremittingly , talk the talk

But a Gandhi, unswervingly, walks the talk

This happens to the aspirant who aims at

The metaphysical, and is seen not to balk!

When the heart is pure, cosmos takes over!

It's so easy! Let the heart not be a prisoner

To temptations! Know that all is ephemeral.

Our presence is not , more than a stay over!

दिव्य आगमन

जैसे लम्बे सफ़र के बाद कोई, लौट के घर को आये

वैसा वो लम्हा, छोटा सा लम्हा, अब भी याद जगाये।

याद है मुझको बख़ूबी वो दिन मिला था पहले पहले

देखा था तुमको नज़रों में भरके , जब मैंने हौले हौले 

नायाब तजर्बा मुझको हुआ था घर तुम मेरे जब आये।

सुबह थी मनोहर , प्रभाकर आये लेकर अपनी प्रभा

पंछी लगे गीत गाने मधुर , देख के सुन्दर  वो आभा

कौन होगा इस जहाँ में, फ़िज़ा ऐसी न जिसको भाये।

गगन था नीला, अद्भुत रँगीला, कैसे न मनको सुहाये

हंसों की टोली , करती ठिठोली , सरपट उड़ती जाये

जाया था जिसने, प्यार से अपने, सीने से तुम लगाये।

आते ही तुम्हारे , घर में हमारे , ख़ुशियों ने डाला डेरा

चहका  आँगन , महका  मन , हो  गया  विदा  अँधेरा 

अड़तालीसवाँ जनम दिन आया, फूला न मन समाये।

नई सुबह 2023

ये हवा जो बह रही है 

ये हवा कह रही है 

ग़ौर से सुनना मुझको 

नई सुबह आ रही है ।

एक सुबह जा रही है 

एक सुबह आ रही है 

मौसम की इक ख़्वाहिश 

करवट बदल रही है ।

ये दुनिया आती रही है 

ये दुनिया जाती रही है 

दिल को बहलाने का

काम करती  रही है ।

कोई धुन आ रही है 

कोई गूँज आ रही है 

चिनगारी एक बनके 

चिराग़ जला रही है।

सुनहरी यादआ रही है

रुआँसा कर रही है 

वापस वो लमहा ला दो

मुझको कह रही है ।
