ये  यादें  ही  तो  है  मेरा   ख़ज़ाना

मुझे छोड़ जाना न दिल को दुखाना 

सब  कुछ  भुलाना, न  यादें  भुलाना।

मुझे  चाहिए मेरी, यादों की दुनिया 

नदी  का  किनारा, किनारे  पे नैया

हथेली पे  गाँठें  नाविक  की  छूना

मिला फ़िर वो कैसे गले से खिवैया।

वो  आँखों  में   दो   मोती  उतरना 

वो जाते हुए भी मुड़ कर के आना 

मुझे छोड़ जाना, न दिल को दुखाना 

सब  कुछ  भुलाना, न  यादें  भुलाना।

अगर गीत में मेरे कुछ भी रवानी 

कहने को ग़र है, कुछ भी कहानी 

मुझे  छोड़  देना , नदिया  किनारे 

वहीं ढूँढ लूँगा , मैं अपनी निशानी।

न नम आँखें करना, न चेहरा छिपाना

कुछ  भूली  बिसरी  सी  बातें  बताना 

मुझे छोड़ जाना न दिल को दुखाना 

सब  कुछ  भुलाना, न  यादें भुलाना।

lethargy?

When the sun arises, all energy beeps

Lethargy, however, snoozes or sleeps!

Lethargy  is  the  opposite  of  synergy 

Dead food fuels it, like it were an orgy!

Food that doesn’t vibrate is dead food

Low vibration food is anti good mood.

Processed & canned foods don't vibrate

Stored cooked foods too, don't  vibrate.

Fresh greens have the highest vibration

Freshly steamed food has good vibration.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away

Vibrating food keeps all lethargy away.

Saw dad doling sleep to the dozing son

So son rises afresh, with the rising sun?

Do you know love has highest vibrations 

Give love its due & see the reverberations!

Start showing your love for the rising sun

And see lethargy part with the parting sun!

आलोक

जैसा नाम है  वैसा  काम किया

आलोक ने आलोकित हो किया 

टिक ना  पाई चादर ज़ुल्मत  की

 कोने कोने को ताबिन्दा किया।

जो किया वो पूरे मन से  किया 

जो किया वो सबके लिए किया 

बढ़ चढ़ के सबका  मान किया।

जब अवध के ईशने याद किया 

ऊषा  का  आकर  पान  किया 

सूनी गोदी भरदी माँ की , और

आलोकित  हो,  निदान  किया।

जो अद्भुत था  वो काम  किया

जैसा नाम  है वैसा  काम किया 

आलोक ने आलोक फैला दिया।

हर साल का हर दिन याद रखा

ग़फ़लत में न कोई, लमहा रखा

आज  पूरे  हुए हैं  बावन  बरस

हर दिन को दिवाली जैसा रखा।

वारिसाना  हक़,  पैवस्त  किया

जैसा नाम है  वैसा काम  किया 

आलोक ने आलोक लुटा दिया।

ज़ुल्मत=अँधेरा। ताबिन्दा=रोशन।

वारिसाना हक़ पैवस्त किया=

उत्तराधिकारी के फ़र्ज़ का निर्वाह किया।

हे  हनुमान हे  क्रपानिधान

तुम रखते सबका ही ध्यान 

जो भी लेता तुम्हरा  नाम 

बन जाता उसका है काम

बढ़ जाता उसका है मान

दे दो मुझको  ऐसा ज्ञान

मेरी साँसों में रम जाओ

It's helpful to divide life  into two segments 

In order to know better, both the fragments. 

Everyone is  familiar with sensory scenario

But the other relates to divinized moments!

In everybody's life , there may come a point

Which may turn out to be , the tipping point!

When there's a sudden change of the idiom,

Everything takes on a new hue at this point!

From the confined to the open, it's one step

But this one step takes you to the doorstep

Of the infinite! You become silent, and then

You  want to swing  and  sing, rap and  clap!

As if engulfed in a smirr of nacterean drinks

A sort of a líghted ambience, into you, sinks

Synchronicity  unfolding? Unsolicited  boon?

God winking? Yes, you are right! God  winks!
