Though  the facade looks real sedgy!

You took  the  brunt  of  it bravely 

Vigorously, happily and smoothly!

With  no deep  lines  on your  face

Tend 132 acres of land sagaciously!

It’s like an oasis in a  desert land

I mean your indelible AOF brand!

It’s truly philanthropy  in disguise 

You give organic  without  a band!

मेरी बिटिया दिव्या : पचासवाँ जन्म दिन!

 दुआ करता रहता हूँ यही रब से 

न देखूँ चश्मे पुरनम तुम्हें फ़िर से।

यही इल्तज़ा रहती है लबों पे मेरे 

दामन तुम्हारा भरा रहे ख़ुशियों से।

हाँ तुम दिव्य हो, सौम्य हो, भव्य हो

यह अतिशयोक्ति नहीं, तुम श्रव्य हो।

तुमको आबदीदा देखना  गवारा नहीं 

ध्यान रखना कि तुम एक चरितव्य हो।

तुमसे  सुबह  सुबह गुफ़्तगू  जो हो  गई

दिल की तमन्नाएँ मेरी जैसे  पूरी हो गईं। 

पचासवाँ जन्मदिन अच्छे से मनाना बानो 

तुमको देखके दुनियाँ मेरी आबाद हो गई।

रब = ईश्वर। चश्मे पुरनम = नम आँखों में।

इल्तज़ा = प्रार्थना। लबों = होठों।

आबदीदा = आँसूओं से भरा। गवारा = स्वीकार्य।

चरितव्य = जिसका आचरण अनुकरणीय हो।

गुफ़्तगू = बातचीत। बानो = लाड़ली।

नया साल 2025

वो पूँछते लगे हमसे, नया क्या हो रहा है 

हमने कहा ये उनसे नया साल आ रहा है।

नया साल आ रहा है, नया वक़्त आ रहा है 

ख़ुशियाँ जो थीं पुरानी, उनको भी ला रहा है।

ये ठंड क्या करेगी, नया सूरज निकल रहा है 

समझ लो ठंडे जिस्म में गर्म साँस बह रहा है।

सूरज से मिला आज, लगा वक़्त थम रहा है 

इतनी गरमजोशी थी, लगा दरिया बह रहा है।

बादल आते जाते हें, आसमान मौजूद रहा है

साल बदलते हें, पुर-ऐहसास मसल्सल रहा है।

गुनगुनाता हुआ वो नया साल चला आ रहा है 

अन्दर एक समन्दर गूँज बन के बहा आ रहा है।

ये हक़ीक़त है कि हर वक्त बदलाव आ रहा है 

हम समझें, न समझें, हर वक्त नया हो रहा है।

जिस दिन देख पाएँगे कि मन मन्सूख़ हो रहा है 

असल में समझ पाएँगे कि नया साल आ रहा है।

कभी फ़ुर्सत हो तो झाँक लेना अंदर जो हो रहा है 

वहाँ जश्न  हो रहा है, अलख  जगाया  जा  रहा है!

पुर-एहसास= super consciousness. 

मसल्सल = perpetually.

मन्सूख़ = disband.

नए साल की शुभ कामनाएँ
