STAY FIT

People are scared of Covid, quite a bit
In a way though, it has been quite a hit
Time was they didn't bother about body
Now almost everyone wants to stay fit.

I suggest you keep three items in your kit
I am sure you can then, keep yourself fit
They are : water, oxygen, and humming
I will explain all of them to you , bit by bit.

You know body is seventy percent water
In no case please, allow this level to falter
So the first thing for you to remember is
To hydrate your body with enough water.

The next unavoidable thing is , oxygen
Like water , every cell runs on oxygen.
Unfortunately, people do chest breathing
Switch over to belly breathing, for oxygen.

There is a nerve called the vagus nerve
Very many organs are linked to this nerve
One can tone them by toning this nerve
And humming is a way to tone this nerve!
