कान्हा का जन्मदिन!

आज एक अजन्मे का जन्मदिन है, कान्हा 

है न कितना बड़ा अजूबा आज ये, कान्हा 

ये भादों में कृष्ण पक्ष की अष्टमी है, कान्हा 

आज तुम्हारा ही अद्भुत जनमदिन है, कान्हा!

ये दुनिया तुम्हारी, और मैं भी तुम्हारा, कान्हा 

तुम आते रहे हो अब आ जाओ फ़िर से कान्हा 

कितने जन्मों से तुमको पुकारता आ रहा हूँ मैं 

अबके न फ़िर से मायूस करो, मुझको कान्हा।

तुमने पैर धोये अपने  बाल सखा के, ऐ कान्हा 

अबकी बार अपने चरण हमसे धुला लो कान्हा 

 तुम तो लीला दिखाने में माहिर हो बेहद कान्हा 

अबके मेरे आँगन में भी दिखा दो खेला  कान्हा।

तुम्हारे सिवाये, अब कहाँ पे ढूँढूँ सहारा, कान्हा 

मेरे मन का अँधेरा कैसे मिटेगा, बताओ कान्हा 

रिझावों भुलावों का सहारा नहीं चाहिए, कान्हा 

तेरी रहमत के सिवा मुझे कुछ न चाहिये कान्हा।

लक्ष्मी चंचला से न बहलाना तुम मुझको कान्हा 

ये खिलोना न कभी बहला पायेगा मुझको कान्हा 

तू बस बना ले मुझको अपना पसन्दीदा कान्हा 

तमन्ना है कि उँगली पकड़ कर चलूँ तेरी कान्हा।

मेरी आँखों के ये आँसू तो कभी देख ले, कान्हा 

ये जमुना की धारा है, तट पे फ़िर आजा कान्हा 

ये दिल की वादियाँ कब से सूनी पड़ी हें कान्हा 

कभी बाँसुरी फ़िर से इनमें बजा तो दे, कान्हा।

तुम्हारी मुस्कुराहट का कोई सानी है क्या कान्हा 

तुम शरारत करते थे और मुस्कुरा देते थे कान्हा 

तुम मक्खन चुराते थे और मटकी फोड़ते थे कान्हा 

पर तुम्हारी मुस्कुराहट सबको रिझाती थी कान्हा।

मालिक तेरा फ़ज़ल है, जिससे मैं जी रहा हूँ 

बख़्शा है तूने जो कुछ, उसीसे मैं  जी रहा हूँ 

मुझमें कहाँ थी हिकमत, तुझ को पा सकूँ मैं

तेरा ही करम तो है ये , मैं  उसी से जी रहा हूँ।

जब से  सम्हाला  होश , मैं चलता  जा रहा हूँ 

मुश्किलों के दरीचों के पार , बढ़ता जा रहा हूँ 

ज़िन्दगानी  रहगुज़र, दम ब दम बनती  रही है  

तेरे क़दमों की आहट मैं , हरदम सुनता रहा हूँ।

मुझको तेरी ही चाहत , अरसे से  कह रहा हूँ 

जो कुछ भी है वो तेरा , तुझसे  ही पा  रहा हूँ 

नज़रे इनायत का तेरी , हूँ  मोहताज  हर पल 

क़दमबोसी की चाहत मैं , कबसे कर  रहा हूँ।

ये ना समझ लेना कि , मैं  बहाना बना रहा हूँ 

तुझको लुभाने को कोई, जाजम बिछा रहा हूँ 

मेरी ग़ैरत को न इतना, कम करके तू आँकना

मैं हार करके सब कुछ , तेरी दुआ कर रहा हूँ।

ख़्वाब बने हैं शाम के साये

दर्द   भरे   बादल   घहराये, कैसे छाए, मन को डराये

सब कुछ  तो  है रीता  रीता 

मन बहलाने आँसू आए, लौट लौट के फिर फिर आए।

बातें करने फिर फिर आए

नज़रों से पर नज़र न आए ।

दिल के भेद न हर कोई जाने

गहरे उतरे सो ही जाने, सूने को सूना पहिचाने

खोई खोई सी ये आँखें, भारी भारी सी ये साँसें 

हर कोई इनको पढ़ नहीं पाए, समझाने से समझ न पाए।

वही नूर बनके  यहाँ पे बह  रहा  है ।

हाँ  मैं  बिल्कुल  होश  में हूँ,  साहब

ये दुनिया जो बदलती है रंग हर दम

हर रंग पे रिझाने में माहिर ये दुनिया।

दामन  में  दाग़  लगा  लगा  करके 

जीतने का हुनर सिखाती  ये दुनिया।

हरदम ऐजाज़ होते रहते हैं कायनात में 

मग़र हशर: ए मगज़ में उलझी ये दुनिया।

ये गोली तमंचे  चीख़ों  की दुनिया 

नहीं चाहिए मुझे ये  ख़ूँरेज़ दुनिया।

सिक्कों के आगे सिमटती ये दुनिया 

नहीं चाहिए ग़ैरत लुटाती ये दुनिया।

शफ़्फ़ाफ़ निगाहें नापसंद हैं इसको 

रूहानियत  दफ़्न करती ये  दुनिया।

वो सितम ढाते हैं और मुस्कुराते हैं 

है न  सितम-ज़रीफों  की ये दुनिया?

हूँ अकेला, खड़ा देखता हूँ ये दुनिया 

थक चला हूँ , जीत ही गई ये दुनिया?

पुरअसर = प्रभाव शाली ।ऐजाज़=चमत्कार। 

कायनात= स्रष्टि।हशर: ए मगज़= दिमाग़ी कीड़ा।

ख़ूँरेज़ = ख़ून बहाने वाली।ग़ैरत = लज्जा।

यह तोहफ़ा  है प्यार का, इसे पाना चाहता हूँ।

ना ही मुझे  चाहिए वो अल्फ़ाज़  इकरार के।

बोल दिया तो बात का वज़न बिखर जाता है 

बिना बोले कहदेना, ये जादू पास मुस्कान के !

ये बड़ी नायाब दौलत है, यही जो मुस्कुराहट है 

नाहीं वहाँ कोई आहट है और नाहीं घबराहट है।

न बातों को चमकाने की  कोई खुसफुसाहट है 

बस चेहरे पे लिख जाती दिलकी जगमगाहट है!

अगर जो रश्क है मुझसे, बस मुस्कुरा भर देना 

मैं पास में हूँ या दूर में हूँ, बस मुस्कुरा भर देना।

लफ़्ज़ तो बेमानी हो जाते हें उस सुकूत के आगे 

जिसका काम है  दम ब दम, सुकून से  भर देना!

मुस्कान ए लब= होठों पे मुस्कान। 

इब्तिसामे चश्म = आँखों में मुस्कान।

रश्क= किसी के जैसा होने की चाहत।

सुकूत= ख़ामोशी। सुकून = चैन।

कौन हें शिव ?

 शिव  मतलब शव मतलब शून्य

शून्य यानि सूना, ये ही तो पर्याय।

क्या वह गोचर है  यानि द्रश्य  है  

अथवा  कि  अगोचर  या  अद्रश्य ?

शिव को समझना है, जानना है ?

मतलब है कि शून्य में उतरना है?

यानि कि शून्य में स्थिर होना है?

यानि कि ध्यनावस्थित  होना है?

यही  तो स्वयं  को  जानना   है 

हम शून्य हें , यही पहिचानना है।

शून्य से उठते स्पन्द बताते हें कि

हम अक्षर हें! इसी को देखना है!

ध्यान  तो प्रत्याहार में  छिपा है 

और ध्यान  में   शून्य  छिपा  है।  

शून्य  के  लोच  में  अगोचर  है 

उसके अक्स में गोचर  छिपा  है ! 

जो  शून्य  है  वही  चेतन्य  है 

वही  समितिंजय  मृत्युंजय है 

वही अविभाज्य अपरित्याज्य

हाँ एक थी चौदह फ़रवरी थी !

 हाँ कभी ऐसा भी होता था

बिना कहे ही सब होता था 

आज  क्या  क्या  होना है 

सब को भी पता होता था !

युगों युगों से होता आया है 

हर स्पंद सोखता  आया  है 

बोलकर न इसे बिगाड़ देना 

बिना कहे निभाता  आया है !

न दिखाता हूँ न बोलता हूँ 

न सजाता हूँ, न छिपाता हूँ 

वो खुद ही बोलता रहता है 

रुख़ पे सब लिखे  जाता है !

हाँ एक थी, चौदह फ़रवरी थी 

फ़िक्रमंद   थी, दानिशमंद  थी  

मगर एक दिन को भी न अलग 

होने वाली अजब सी शिद्दत थी!

क्या  रिश्ता  था  हमारा उनका 

ये  न अब  का  था  न तब  का 

सदियों से यूँ ही चला आता है 

नाम नहीं होता है कोई इस का !

स्पंद = throb. फ़िक्रमंद = फ़िक्र करने वाली/वाला 

दानिशमंद = जानकार।शिद्दत = intensity.

  See all those love birds in blooming colours 

Cooing  in  chorus  as  the  red rose  flutters!

It’s 14th of February and I talk of, you know 

Those  Valentinos  and their  husky whispers!

Rituraj and St. Valentine walk  hand  in hand

This year  it is  special for  the  graphic band!

Like it  befell  more  than  a  millennium  ago 

Rituraj  joins hands  with the  romantic  band!

Chaucer gave life  to ‘the parliament of fowls’

When all the birds, including the hooting owls 

Shall wait for 14th Feb, the first day of spring!

To choose their mates amidst songs and howls!

Some got their mates, some  only the brickbats

For all the clamor & clatter, they lost their bets.

They would wait a full long year, for the spring!

Hoping next year not  to hide behind their hats!

Remember, spring and valentine are intertwined 

It has happened every year, they’re so entangled!

Love birds wait eagerly for the spring, every year 

Expecting saint’s presidency to end the dead end!

Today  is basant panchmi , the herald  of Spring!

So  is Valentine’s Day, the  harbinger  of  Spring!
